Once your order is confirmed, we’ll handle processing and shipping to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible. You can also track your package at any time using your order number in the “Track My order” section of the menu.

After confirming your order, you will receive your order number and can track your package at any time. Simply enter this number in the "Track My Package" section in the top left menu.
Check the Return Policy: Before returning a package, make sure your item is eligible for a return. Please consult our return policy for the conditions (timeframe, product condition, etc.).
Request a Return Label: If you're within the return window, log into your customer account or contact our customer service via email at ocelum.info@gmail.com or through the online chat to request a prepaid return label.
Package the Product: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, making sure to include all original items. If you no longer have the original packaging, ensure the item is well protected to prevent any damage during transit.
Attach the Return Label: Print the return label we sent you and attach it to the package. Ensure the label is clearly visible.
Drop Off the Package: Bring your package to the designated return point (such as a post office or partner drop-off point, depending on your location). You will receive a tracking number to monitor the return shipment.
Return Processing: Once the package is received and inspected, we will proceed with the exchange or refund of your product, according to your request. You will be notified by email when the return has been processed.
